Services offered through technsports.mx and at TechNSports facilities are provided by Jesús Ricardo García Bustillos, an individual with business activity, operating commercially as TechNSports, with RFC GABJ870909KW7, based in Plaza 333, Local #5, Av. Andrés García Lavín por calle 41, San Ramón Norte, C.P. 97117, Mérida, Yucatán, Mexico.
TechNSports offers fitness services, body composition assessment using 3D scanning technology, tailored fitness and nutrition coaching, and coordination of laboratory analysis with external providers. TechNSports is NOT a medical office, clinic, or health service provider regulated by COFEPRIS. TechNSports coaches do not diagnose, prescribe, or interpret laboratory results.
To contract TechNSports services, the user must be 18 years or older. Minors require consent and presence of a parent or legal guardian. The user agrees to provide truthful information about their health status in pre-participation questionnaires.
All prices are expressed in Mexican Pesos (MXN) and include VAT. Payments are processed through Mercado Pago or bank transfer. Subscriptions (TechCheck and TechCoach) are billed monthly automatically. The Founders Club is a single upfront payment at registration. One-time products are paid via payment link or bank transfer.
Written notice 30 days in advance (WhatsApp or email) is required to cancel a membership. After notice, service continues until the end of the paid period. No partial refunds are made.
Members may pause their membership for up to 1 month per year, requesting 15 days in advance. No charges during pause. Membership price is maintained.
TechNSports provides fitness and general wellness services. We are not responsible for medical decisions made by the user based on body composition data or laboratory results interpreted by external professionals. We recommend consulting your physician before starting any exercise program.
Content, design, logos, TechPoints system, integral reports, and all TechNSports materials are protected by copyright. Reproduction is prohibited without written authorization.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute will be resolved before the competent courts of Mérida, Yucatán.
